How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. Once shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping option you select at checkout.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We currently offer Standard Shipping (2–5 business days), Express Shipping (1–2 business days), and Same-Day Delivery for qualifying orders placed before 3 PM in the Toronto area.

Do you ship across Canada?

Yes, we ship Canada-wide using trusted carriers such as Canada Post, Purolator, ICS Courier, and UPS Canada.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website using the tracking link provided in the email.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
